Paper Submission Guidelines

General Instructions

Authors are invited to submit original research papers ranging from 8 to 15 pages, written exclusively in English and formatted in LaTeX according to the provided template. Submitted papers should clearly define the scope of the work, highlight novel contributions (whether theoretical, methodological, or applied), and present a detailed analysis of results and conclusions. The paper must be structured in a way that clearly demonstrates the originality, scientific value, and relevance of the research to the review committee.

Submission Requirements

  • Language: English only
  • Length: 8–15 pages
  • Format: LaTeX (template available on the website)
  • Minimum 20 references per paper, with:
    • At least 50% from Scopus or Web of Science
    • At least 10% published within the last 3 years
    • No more than 20% self-citation
  • Maximum 5 authors per paper
  • Each author may submit up to 2 papers

Paper Structure

  • Title: The optimal title length is 5–7 words (up to 10–12 in justified cases), concise and informative.
  • Structured Abstract (≥150 words)
The abstract should follow a clear structure, including:
    • Research relevance
    • Purpose and direction
    • Scientific/practical significance
    • Methodology overview
    • Key findings
    • Contribution and practical implications
  • Keywords: 3–5 keywords or key phrases in English.
  • Figures and Tables: All illustrations (graphs, diagrams, tables) must be embedded in the text with appropriate numbering and captions. They should not exceed 20% of the total article volume (exceptionally up to 30%).

Section-by-Section Guidelines

  1. Introduction: Justify the choice and urgency of the research topic, based on prior literature and open problems. Define the research object, subject, goals, hypotheses, and methods. Clearly articulate the purpose and intended contribution of the study.
  2. Materials and Methods:
Provide a comprehensive description of materials and methods used. This includes:
    • Qualitative and quantitative characteristics of research materials
    • Detailed methodological framework (without repeating standard procedures)
    • Description of equipment/software used
    • Explanation of any novel approaches or experimental setups
    Your methodology section should answer:
    • What is the research question?
    • What hypothesis or thesis is being tested?
    • What are the stages and methods of the research?
    • What results are expected or achieved?
  3. Literature Review: Discuss at least 20 recent and relevant sources in English, focusing on major contributions in the field, and identifying research gaps your work addresses. Priority should be given to international and Scopus-indexed sources.
  4. Results and Discussion: Present and analyze your research findings. This section should interpret the results, compare them to existing studies, and demonstrate their significance. It is expected to be one of the most in-depth sections.
  5. Conclusion: Summarize key findings, reaffirm the research hypothesis or goals, and suggest implications or future research directions. The conclusion should answer:
    • What were the aims and methods?
    • What results were obtained?
    • What conclusions were drawn?
    • What practical applications or future research opportunities exist?
  6. References: Include at least 20 scholarly references:
    • Minimum 50% from Scopus/Web of Science
    • Minimum 10% published within the past 3 years
    • Maximum 20% self-citations
