Paper Submission Guidelines

Please follow these instructions carefully to prepare and submit your thesis (abstract) and full paper through the Microsoft CMT system.

Note:

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided free of charge by Microsoft (including Azure cloud and software support).

Submission workflow
  1. Step 1: Thesis Submission (Mandatory)
    All authors must submit a structured thesis (abstract) via the registration form. Submit Thesis Here. Use the official LaTeX abstract template (download link below).
  2. Step 2: Full Paper Submission (Optional)
    Authors may submit original research papers (6–15 pages), English only, formatted in LaTeX according to the template. Register and upload via: Microsoft CMT — ICMMIT2025.

Files to upload (full paper)
  • A .zip archive with all LaTeX source files (figures, .tex, .bib, sty if used).
  • A separate PDF file with the compiled paper.
Submission requirements
Language English only
Length 6–15 pages
Format LaTeX (template available)
References Minimum 15 references; ≥50% from Scopus/Web of Science; ≥10% published within last 3 years; ≤20% self-citations
Authors Maximum 5 authors; each author may submit up to 2 papers
Paper structure & expectations
  • Title: Optimal length 5–7 words (up to 10–12 if justified).
  • Structured abstract (≥150 words): include relevance, purpose, significance, methodology, key findings, contributions, practical implications.
  • Keywords: 3–5 words/phrases in English.
  • Figures & Tables: embedded with captions and numbers; normally ≤20% of article volume (exceptionally up to 30%).
Section-by-section guidance

Make each section clear and concise; show novelty and scientific value.

Introduction: justify topic, define object/subject, goals, hypotheses, methods.
Materials & Methods: detailed description of materials, methods, equipment/software, and novel approaches.
Literature Review: discuss ≥15 recent & relevant sources, emphasize gaps addressed.
Results & Discussion: in-depth analysis and comparison with prior work.
Conclusion: summarize aims, methods, results, practical applications and future directions.
